This is huge when it comes to the “everyone is at it” and the false sense of fear, which does indeed exist. Don’t take this to the extreme, and be the last to join. 

2. Complete a short profile. Your personal and professional bio is what is going to be asked of you on every job interview. This is where you write down your expertise, accomplishments and how you are a good fit for the job. Be specific about the skill-set you have. 

3. Don’t over-share.

On your LinkedIn profile, think about the people you want to connect with. Let them know that you are available. Like the people, you know on the platform and comment on others' profiles.
